Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Supervisor of Clinical Services to oversee daily clinical operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of KCCHC’s medical services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, grant performance objectives, and best clinical practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, providing training and performance assessments.
  • Utilize data collection and assessment strategies to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement and uphold agency policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Stay current with medical best practices, nursing standards, and public health trends.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director, Medical Director, and Nurse Practitioners to align clinical services with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Active nursing license (LPN or higher) in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience in nursing, health administration, public health, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Ohio Board of Nursing regulations, and ANA Code of Ethics.
  • Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze clinical data, oversee program planning, and improve patient care delivery.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum two years of management and/or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Background in public health, community health, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a diverse clinical team.
  • Strong technology skills, including data management and workflow optimization.
