Position Summary:
As a member of our Behavioral Health team, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services while partnering with medical providers and community resources to improve the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Your day may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments
  • Diagnosing and treating mental and emotional health conditions
  • Providing individual counseling and psychotherapy
  • Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Tracking client progress and adjusting care as needed
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Managing an assigned caseload
  • Collaborating with medical providers and fellow behavioral health professionals
  • Connecting patients with community resources and specialty services when appropriate

We welcome applicants who hold one of the following Ohio licenses or are actively working toward advanced licensure:

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • LISW-S
  • LPCC-S
  • LSW/MSW working toward LISW
  • LPC working toward LPCC
